How Vina Rewards handles your information

We process account and contact details, merchant business information, bookings, invoices, reward transactions, device/security records and support messages. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; this application stores provider identifiers and masked card details.

Information is used to authenticate users, deliver requested services, calculate rewards and commissions, process payments, prevent abuse, reconcile accounts and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Information is shared only with service providers and participating parties needed for the transaction, such as the selected merchant, Stripe and operational email providers. Access to sensitive merchant data is restricted and audited.

You can update profile information, manage sessions and security settings, review notifications and contact support to request access or correction. Some financial records must be retained for audit purposes.
